Job responsibilities

1, responsible for the design of PLC, servo peripheral connection harness; understand PLC and servo principle of work, have engaged in the automation of machinery and equipment work is preferred;

2, understanding of UL electronic wire, wire harness electrical properties and structure, the use of wire harness conditions scenarios, familiar with commonly used connectors and cores pressed with the processing, wire incoming material processing plant work experience is preferred;

3, can guide the coordination of production, manufacturing, installation, operation, can develop operating instructions. Able to analyze the customer automation system to produce defective reasons, able to communicate remotely with the client bad and solve the problem.

1, can use CAD to draw connector structure schematic, can use CAD to draw the shape of the electronic wire harness;

2, strong hands-on ability: PCB board sample production experience, wire harness stripping and welding wire pressed with terminal experience;

3、Responsible for the company's electronic wiring diagrams, BOM and other technical information collection, summary, archiving;

4, to assist structural engineers to complete the whole product (structure, PCB board) design;

5, master digital and analog circuits, can read AD schematic diagrams, PCB diagrams.
