Job responsibilities

1、Responsible for the company's electrical products (such as servo, PLC, inverter, drive, etc.) technical training;

2、Responsible for customer pre-sale and after-sale technical support and selection;

3, to solve the sales staff in the work to the professional and technical Q&A.

Posting Requirements

1、Bachelor degree or above in electrical, automation and other majors, more than three years of automation equipment related design and debugging experience; conditions of excellent or the position required by the experienced, education and professional conditions can be unlimited;

2、Familiar with the various brands of PLC programming, skilled use of servo motors and HMI; understanding of motor control principles, have a certain grasp of the principle of automatic control;

3, with independent design, development of PLC program, debugging ability, combined with frequency converter, electrical system assembly on-site debugging ability;

4, familiar with electrical design software; understanding of electrical wiring, electrical control cabinet component layout design, electrical component selection;

5, able to solve unexpected problems in the assembly process;

6, good teamwork experience, strong communication and coordination skills.

Job responsibilities

1、Responsible for ball screws, linear guides, linear modules (embedded, marble, belt) and other linear motion class of the structural design, including parts selection, processing technology;

2, familiar with metal materials, cold-drawn, profiles, die-casting molding methods and other knowledge, understanding of mechanics, heat treatment process and material properties.

3, skilled in the use of grating, magnetic grating and other linear motor module related accessories for structural design;

4, master the whole product stacking, parts selection; and communicate with the electrical engineer layout;

5, can independently complete the three-dimensional design of the product, engineering drawings and related technical documents preparation, modification and review;

6、Responsible for mechanical structure analysis, simulation analysis, optimization design and other related work.

Posting Requirements

1, more than 1 year linear module or marble precision platform design experience;

2, professional requirements: mechanical automation related majors or mechatronics related majors;

3, skilled software: SOLIDWORKS, CAD, analysis software (ANSYS or ADAMS, etc.) design software.
